Do not chose this Company! Save time and money. Go to Cogeco as KOS rents lines from them anyway. I have been constantly left with papers to write by sharing the data off my phone. If you call to complain they are rude and resort to name calling. Unprofessional, Unqualified tec support (Nathan)
    Keep fishing!
PS My internet when again down during this review. That is a total of 2 hours TODAY.
Can't call Nathan! He finishes work at 8pm weekdays.

Rarely worked and even then was spotty service. We were told it was our router and bought a brand new one. Nope! Actually they "upgraded" their towers but never got them working well but kept blaming us. Left and have no interest in going back. Their customer service people are actually the most pitiful group ever.

    (Wireless LTE service full review)

Very bad service. We pay for 5 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed, and I ran multiple speed tests to Kingston and Toronto, we received 374 ms ping, 0.35 Mbps download speed and 0.09 Mbps upload speed. We have been at this speed for months and can only watch videos in 144p. Terrible for FPS gaming, especially for LTE connection. I am a network technician and have knowledge on CPEs and Backhauls etc. Very poor performance for LTE.
The maximum data allowance is 150GB, which would work well in 2008, not in 2018.

We are running a backhaul from Prince Edward County to Belleville ON, and we are receiving 294 Mbps from Cogeco ISP, which isn't that expensive to be honest. It runs under 2.4GHz and connects to our friends Wireless backhaul. This price was 640$ total for this connection and is now 30$ because we share the bill.

    (Edit)
Our wireless back hauls most recent speed test to Toronto from Prince Edward County:

    32ms ping
    324 Mbps Download Speed
    97 Mbps Upload speed

Again I highly suggest doing this. It's a lot cheaper, faster, and it's unlimited. Only thing expensive is the equipment and under the 2.4GHz and 5.7Ghz doesn't require a licence

So if you have a friend willing to help I'd recommend doing that

MW radiation in u₩2 for the KOS microwave was 1,300, so don't let them put these near bedrooms.

In my ten years with KOS I've had few problems--and any time I have, KOS has responded promptly and helpfully. An excellent local company.
