- Dustin West Added 2018-02-22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience I could have imagined setting up my first mortgage. They called me two nights prior to my house closing informing me that they couldn't actually do the deal the agreed to. The loan specialist was quite unhelpful to a first time mortgage client, expecting me to know their processes and chastised me when I made errors. I visited another (non-BMO) bank in Belleville and had the nicest service I could have hoped for. Went in on a Friday and had a mortgage by Tues at a better rate and I dont even bank with them.
I do not recommend this bank.
